What is the minimum age to attend?
All events are strictly 18+.
Will events take place if it rains?
Yes. All events will take place rain or shine.
What is an RFID wristband and why is it required?
Digital RFID wristbands are used for express entry for Party Package holders. The wristband must be worn at all times during events.
What happens if my wristband is removed or damaged?
Any wristband that is removed, tampered with, or damaged becomes void and may result in denied entry.
Where do I pick up my Party Package?
Party Packages must be collected at The City Nightclub.
Do I need a passport to collect my Party Package?
Yes. A valid passport is required to collect any prepaid Party Package.
Can I attend individual events without a Party Package?
Individual event tickets may be purchased at the door, but they are not valid without a Party Package wristband. No exceptions.
Will I be searched before entering an event?
Yes. All guests are subject to a thorough security search, including emptying pockets and bags.
Can I bring outside alcohol into venues?
No. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited at all venues.
Can entry be refused?
Yes. The organization reserves the right to refuse entry to any person.
What happens if someone behaves in a disruptive or dangerous way?
Disruptive or dangerous behavior will result in immediate removal from the event and cancellation of the Party Package without refund.
What is the policy on drugs?
There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for possessing, consuming, buying, or distributing drugs of any kind.
Are there other zero-tolerance offenses?
Yes. Identity theft and credit card fraud are strictly prohibited and will be handled according to local law.
Which laws apply during the events?
All activities are subject to the laws enforced by the government of Quintana Roo.
Are professional cameras allowed?
No. Professional cameras are not permitted at scheduled events.
Is there a dress code?
Yes. All events are themed and require specific attire according to the event theme.
Where can I check the required dress code?
Dress code details and themes are provided through official event communications. Guests are responsible for checking and preparing appropriate attire in advance.
